The Paderborn Market There is a large open area to the front of the Cathederal in Paderborn and on Saturdays, it is host to an open air market. As you would expect, there are a lot of stalls selling fresh produce. There are also very many selling cut flowers and attractive flower arrangements. Peter Herrmann's Cheese Stall Lurking in amongst all of these is the most important stall of all. The one that sells Blue Stilton! It is Herrman's Cheese Specialist and it is in a large white trailer that is parked on the edge of the square furthest away from the Cathederal. They do sell a very wide range of different cheeses in addition to Stilton but, if you are a regular at this web site, you know that I am interested in the king of cheeses above all others.
