Chateau Bonneval 1998 Those of you who know what is normally on the dinner table at jpoc towers will not be surprised to see another bottle of Red Bordeaux featured here. This is rather cheaper than last weeks but nevertheless, here goes!
It's OK but, right now, Plus are selling two different Clarets at this price. This one was a little thin and weak and had a slightly unpleasant aftertaste. The other, Chateau Amalthee '99 is a better buy seeming more ready for drinking despite its extreme youth. Wine rating 5/10. Value rating -1. Maria rating: "Not so good." |
